These terms apply to all orders placed through renewedperformance.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

Renewed Performance is operated by Electric Storm E Cigs Limited, trading as Renewed Performance, a UK-based retailer of third-party sports nutrition and supplement brands. We are VAT-registered (VAT number: GB244821216). Our registered address is 262 High Street, Harwich, Essex, CO12 3PA. Company registration number: 10190981.

Products

We sell genuine, third-party branded sports nutrition products sourced through authorised UK distribution channels. We are a retailer — we do not manufacture, formulate, or privately label any product we sell. Product descriptions, ingredients, and nutritional information are provided by the manufacturer and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing, but you should always check the physical packaging before consumption, particularly if you have allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and will contact you before processing an order if a genuine pricing error is identified. Orders are subject to product availability.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only. Orders are fulfilled via DPD. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout; these are estimates, not guarantees.
Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout via Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.

Age restrictions

Some products (e.g. high-caffeine pre-workouts) are not recommended for individuals under 18. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years or older, or purchasing on behalf of someone who is.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
