Your right to cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Important — supplement-specific exception
Because our products are consumable and relate to health, once a product’s seal or packaging has been opened or broken, we are unable to accept it back for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
How to return an unopened item
1. Email info@renewedperformance.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number.
2. We’ll confirm the return address and process.
3. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
4. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
